Microsoft Teams Calling
The 8x8 ODU Contact Center is down. We are working on the issue and will update when it is back up.
8x8 contact center is working correctly.
We still have a Microsoft Teams calling outage for outbound or inbound calling. We are actively working to restore the outage. We do not have an estimated uptime.
The issue appears to be with Microsoft Teams calling and is being currently investigated.
